I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Grief Specialist, and Trauma-Informed Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology specializing in Counseling and a second Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Board Certified Telehealth Provider. In addition, I hold certifications in Anger Management, Mental Health and Nutrition, Group Therapy, ADHD, and Grief and Loss.

Over 10 years of providing counseling and coaching services has allowed me to empower youth and adults facing challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, caregiver stress, and more. I offer a judgment-free, person-centered, and strength-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group therapy.
